Our Story
We started as readers. The kind who collect dog-eared paperbacks, discuss our favorite characters, and get way too invested in fictional worlds.
But when it came time to build a business, we didn’t start in publishing – we came from the world of niche tourism marketing, design, and content systems. Over a decade spent building strategies that connect deeply and scale smartly.
Eventually, we asked:
What if we took everything we know about Niche marketing, branding, design and visibility – and used it to help authors?
That’s where Enchanted Ink AI Studio began.
We chose to focus on authors because their work already carries so much heart. They don’t need more noise – they need story-smart strategy, creative support, and systems that let them show up without burning out.
Over the past 2.5 years, we’ve worked on 200+ author projects.
We’ve helped them:
- Map their audience and turn it into magnetic, on-brand content
- Run launches and campaigns that create connection
- Prep Content and visuals for their websites, newsletters, blogs and posts,
- Train AI tools to sound like them – and save them hours
We’re constantly learning, refining, and building and one of the biggest things we’re dreaming up is AVA – Author Virtual Assistant.
AVA is a future project we’re actively developing: a private dashboard/platform, designed to help authors manage their content, track their creative tasks, and collaborate with a trained Ai assistant based on their own stories, tone, and goals.
We’re still in the learning phase -testing workflows, mapping what it needs to do, and shaping how it could support real authors day-to-day.
One of our early inspirations? A custom GPT named Meena, built for Mocha Wave Publishing. Meena is trained to help Kathy plan and prep her third book in the series, understand arcs across the trilogy, and keep track of both writing and marketing tasks using our story-first marketing approach. She’s already saving hours and supporting creative clarity – and we’re using those lessons to build the blueprint for AVA.
We’re strategists, system builders, and readers who care deeply about helping authors get seen.
This all started with dragons.
Literally. AI-generated dragons that sparked a community – and a nickname: The Dragon at Enchanted Ink. When authors with dragon books found us, we built visuals. Then content. Then systems. We followed what they needed – and created solutions that help authors thrive.
